- What the image shows
- A historical topographical map on aged, yellowed paper showing the City of Montreal and its vicinity, with the printed title reading "Topographical Map of the City of Montreal" in the upper right corner. Brown contour hachures show hills rising at the upper right, while a river with islands and the St. Lawrence River wind across the lower part, labelled "Lawrence" along the bottom. A decorative scale bar and compass rose appear at the lower left, and the map shows the planned line of the new city water works as thin drawn lines through the streets and grounds.Described automatically by a vision model; may contain mistakes.
