What the image shows
A large figurative plan drawn on tracing-style paper, showing a farm property shaded in green along a river edge with a wide body of water labelled as the Saint-Laurent river along the bottom. The upper part shows a railway line running diagonally across the top and a grid of narrow rectangular lots subdivided in the right-hand section, with a compass rose in the lower right corner. Typed and handwritten legends and a title block with lettering appear in the upper left and lower right margins, and the title is printed in capital letters at the top left, though much of its text is too small to read clearly.Described automatically by a vision model; may contain mistakes.
