Ce plan topographique présente le tracé proposé pour le système d'aqueduc, avec réservoirs et bassins. Cet aqueduc débute à l'entrée du canal Lachine (secteur des rapides de Lachine) et dessert la ville de Montréal. Le document comporte également deux coupes de l'aqueduc ("profile on line to Gregorys" et "profile on rapids line"). Il couvre plus généralement le secteur situé entre les rapides de Lachine à l'ouest et les limites est de la ville (aux environs de la rue Fullum).
