What the image shows
A black-and-white photograph looking across a long, narrow canal of still water toward the northeast, with a steep embankment of raw earth on the right and a stony bank on the left. Several workers in dark clothing stand or bend along the water's edge, and one or two more are down near the water on the far bank, while a timber trestle bridge crosses the canal in the distance under a hazy sky with a few trees along the horizon.Described automatically by a vision model; may contain mistakes.
