- Item is a digital image of the back of a trading card created by Anne de Haas to promote the Police Mounted Unit of the Toronto Police Services. The text on the back of the card reads: Simcoe is a Percheron cross. He was born in 2003 and has been a police horse since 2006. He was named after John Simcoe, the founder of Toronto. Police Constable Jeff Brough has been a member of the Mounted Unit for 6 years. Prior to joining the Unit he worked at Traffic Services. PC Brough and Simcoe are patrolling near the Air Canada Centre, the home of the Toronto Maple Leafs NHL Hockey team. The bronze statues honour some legends of the game.
