- Scope & content
- Letter: regarding proposed reserve for Dominion and Ontario Abitibi Indians. States that the two Bands are not residing on Reserve No. 70. Advises that they live on the Hudson's Bay Co. site during the summer but in the winter the Ontario Abitibi Indians go to Low Bush while the Dominion Abitibi Indians go to La Sarre and Amos. Suggests locating them and 67 Rupert House Indians on a reserve located at a point between the Harricana River and Allard River. Gives reasons for the choice of this site.
