The website of Queen's University Archives is down (for about 3 hours)
Its images and links won't load until it's back. Panarchive shows each image straight from the archive's own website, so when that site is down the picture can't be shown here. Nothing is lost: everything returns once the archive is back up, and we check every few minutes.

- Letter: submitting for the consideration of his Department a statement of the legal position of the Indians in Ontario as he is affected by the Game and Fish laws of the Province. Points out that 10,000 licenses were issued to white trappers in 1921. Considers the issuance of licenses to out of province trappers. Suggests that all non-resident (Province) trappers and white trappers have license fees increased to $50. Also suggests that Indians be given the right to kill deer at any time of the year for food for their families and that Indians be free to hunt and trap on their reserves. [Brief referred to does not accompany letter].
