- Letter: stating in reply to his of 2 Dec. 1910 [indexed above] that in regard to section 8 "This only applies to Indians hunting on their reserves, or hunting grounds or territory especially set apart for the purpose. These are the only conditions under which Indians, when hunting, have more privileges than any other of His Majesty's subjects."
