- Scope & content
- A sculpture entitled “The Procession” by Elbert Weinberg adorned the lawn in front of the Pavilion of Judaism. In this sculpture the first figure is depicted as carrying the Torah, the second two are depicted as bearing the Bible and finally the third figure is depicted as carrying the menorah (seven branched candlestick indicating the days of the week). The sculpture was a loan from the Jewish Museum of New York and was considered quite a coup for the Pavilion organizers. Courtesy of CJCCCNA.
