Item consists of a photograph of Liberal Leader Lester B. Pearson addressing a rally of 2,000 Liberal supporters at the Palace Theatre in Hamilton. The event was part of Pearson's tour of the ridings between Toronto and Hamilton on May 9, 1962. See "Don't split vote, Pearson urges" in the May 10, 1962 issue of The Globe and Mail (p. 1) for more information about this event.
