Item consists of a photograph of Liberal Leader Lester B. Pearson and his wife Maryon walking through a crowd of supporters holding campaign signs for Liberal candidates Dr. Harold Harley (Halton) and Balys (Bill) Kronas (Hamilton West). Although the location of the image is unidentified, it may be a rally that was held at the Palace Theatre in Hamilton as part of Pearson's tour of the ridings between Toronto and Hamilton on May 9, 1962. See "Don't split vote, Pearson urges" in the May 10, 1962 issue of The Globe and Mail (p. 1) for more information about this event.
