Scope & content
Pièce autographe signée de Peter Bréhaut, marchand établi en 1816 à Québec; une brasserie portait le nom de Cape Diamond Brewery. Il était membre de la Chambre d'assemblée quand il se noya en mai 1817. Les pièces consistent en un extrait de la Gazette de Québec et de deux lettres de Peter Bréhaut, fils. Titre basé sur le contenu des pièces. Les documents sont en anglais. Les pièces portent les cotes 1G3832 et 39844 à 39846.
