The note was in regaruds to Jozef (Joseph) and Rebecca Leyden van Amstel. The approximate translation is as follows; "Guardianship Office Commission for war foster children. Wy hereby declare that Joseph Leyden van Amstel, born June 10, 1923 and Rebecca Leyden van Amstel van Coevorden born August 30, 1924 his parents Margaret Leyden van Amstel, born June 17, 1943, and is as such to our Office reported. Wy you ask the child to the parents want to give."
