- Rapport du comité spécial nommé pour conférer avec le directeur exécutif de la compagnie du Grand Tronc au sujet d'un terminus à Montréal, accompagné d'une lettre de la compagnie signée par Thomas Blackwell. Le rapport suggère la pointe du moulin, au sud du bassin du canal comme lieu de construction du chemin de fer. Le document portait originalement la numérotation de 239.
