Ce plan quadrillé présente le secteur situé entre le fleuve Saint-Laurent au sud, Ville Saint-Pierre et l'avenue Stanley à l'ouest, la rivière des Prairies au nord, et Montréal-est et l'avenue Georges V à l'est. Les parcs apparaissent en vert et les principaux édifices publics sont en rouge. Les frontières de la ville sont spécifiées en jaune. Un index des rues établit les renvois au quadrillage du plan.
