Le plan au recto présente l'ensemble du réseau de la compagnie des tramways existant sur l'île de Montréal. Deux index des routes renvoient aux numéros des lignes de tramways et d'autobus. Le plan précise également le tracé des rues principales et des numéros civiques en vigueur le long de ces artères. Le verso comporte plusieurs textes et tableaux exposant en détails les horaires des différentes lignes de transport, les tarifs en vigueur, les règlements s'adressant aux usagers en temps de guerre ou ayant trait à la location de tramways.
