Cette reproduction présente le secteur situé entre le quartier Hochelaga à l'est, les municipalités d'Outremont et de Côte-des-Neiges au nord, le début de la municipalité de Verdun à l'ouest, et le fleuve Saint-Laurent au sud. Elle montre les rues projetées en doubles pointillés et les lignes de tramway en pointillés simples. Les quartiers de Montréal et les municipalités avoisinantes sont délimités par des couleurs. Le plan comprend un index des bâtiments importants et un index des rues. La division en carrés d'un quart de mille (axes F-U et 20-44) permet l'établissement de renvois. En anglais. Cadre 176 et 1890-4 (ancienne cote). Exemplaire papier détruit au cours des années 1980, du fait de son mauvais état.
