Cet exemplaire touristique du plan publié initialement par Thomas Jeffreys montre la ville fortifiée de Montréal et ses environs. Il est appelé "spy map" dans la mesure où il serait basé sur les observations d'un officier anglais espion, présent à Montréal entre 1756 et 1758. Cet exemplaire comporte des notes historiques au sujet de l'évolution subséquente des divers aménagements de la ville et un parcours touristique avec commentaires afférents.
