Tiré de l'ouvrage "The natural and civil history of the french domination in the North and South America", par Thomas Jeffreys, ce plan montre la ville fortifiée de Montréal et ses environs. Il est couramment appelé "spy map" dans la mesure où il serait basé sur les observations d'un officier anglais espion, présent à Montréal entre 1756 et 1758.
