Scope & content
Item is a digital image of the back of a trading card created by Anne de Haas to promote the Police Mounted Unit of the Toronto Police Services. The text on the back of the card reads: Moose is an eight year old draft cross. He has been a police horse for 4 years. He was donated by Mr. Brian Burke of the Toronto Maples Leafs to honour his son Brandon Moose Burke. Sergeant Elise Higgitt and Moose are out patrolling the lakeshore at Humber Bay, one of Toronto's many scenic walking and biking trails.
