Scope & content
Item is a digital image of the back of a trading card created by Anne de Haas to promote the Police Dog Unit of the Toronto Police Services. The text on the back of the card reads: I was born in the Czech Republic and have been trained and certified as an Explosive Detection Dog by the Toronto Police Service. My job is to sniff out explosives in order to keep the citizens of Toronto safe. I take great pride being named after Police Constable Laura Ellis, who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty on February 18, 2002. Handler Constable John Massey.
