Lettre adressée à La Fontaine au sujet d'un article publié par le journal « Montreal Gazette » sur une bataille de la guerre anglo-américaine et auquel Taché a répondu pour rectifier certains faits. Titre basé sur le contenu de la pièce. Le document est troué au centre. Il était déchiré en deux et la déchirure a été recollée au ruban à gommer. Le document est en français.
