Cette reproduction d'une peinture d'Henry Bunnett montre une petite maison située sur la rue Côte-des-neiges à Montréal. Elle est désignée par l'expression «Capitulation cottage» puisque ce serait en ce lieu que la capitulation de Montréal en 1760 aurait été signée. La maison aurait été démolie lors de la construction du réservoir d'eau. Le document est en anglais. La pièce porte la cote C27 inv.77.
