Cette aquarelle présente un couple de Hurons du milieu du XVIIIe siècle, en costume. Cette peinture à l'eau unique a été retrouvée dans un volume ayant fait partie de la bibliothèque de M. Malo, ancien missionnaire, mort à Trois-Rivières, au XIXe siècle. L'aquarelle a été montée en passe-partout. La pièce porte les cotes 1G4592 et 42500.
