Une légende permet de situer les routes principales, les rues et avenues, les autoroutes, les voies ferrées, les lignes d'autobus, les bâtiments principaux, les écoles, etc. Un index des rues établit les renvois appropriés, tandis qu'un second index permet de situer les bâtiments et lieux d'importance. Le document comporte les signatures des deux responsables des commissions des travaux de Hull et Ottawa. Le document est en anglais. La pièce porte la cote 47541.
