- Scope & content
- Cette partie d'un plan de Joseph Bouchette présente la grande région du Lac Memphrémagog (Estrie et États-Unis). Les subdivisions administratives sont précisées tandis que les frontières sont soulignées au pinceau. D'après une note de Philéas Gagnon, cette section de plan est tirée du document de 12 feuilles intitulé "Topographical map of the province of Lower Canada, shewing its division into districts, counties, seigniories & townships, with all the land reserved both for the Crown & the Clergy, &c. &c.". Titre basé sur le contenu du document. Le document est en anglais. La pièce porte les cotes 1G4409 et 38898.

- What the image shows
- This is a folded, hand-coloured printed map of hilly terrain with hachured relief shading in brown tones, showing a region straddling a border. Red dashed and solid lines run diagonally across the sheet, and the word "VERMONT" is printed in large capitals across the lower middle, with "RT" and "SSEX" fragments and other place labels in smaller type around the edges. Paper creases and thin grid lines divide the sheet into sections, and a decorative double border frames the bottom edge.Described automatically by a vision model; may contain mistakes.
