What the image shows
A hand-coloured printed map of North America in pale blue, cream and green tones, with a decorative red-and-gold scroll cartouche at the top left bearing a title in script. Large script labels such as "Mer Glaciale", "Labrador" and "L'Ocean" appear around the coastlines, with "La Floride" and "Le Sein De Mexique" along the southern edge. A long rectangular text panel with an ornate orange frame sits on the left, and small green tree-like symbols are scattered across the land; the image is a reproduction of a historical map shown flat, with an archive watermark in the lower right.Described automatically by a vision model; may contain mistakes.
