What the image shows
A handwritten letter in cursive French ink on aged, yellowed paper, headed with a place and date at the top right and opening with the word "Monsieur". The body of the letter is written in several paragraphs, and the signature is a looping flourish at the bottom right, with a second scrawled mark beneath it. Faint stamped reference numbers and an archive watermark appear along the bottom edge.Described automatically by a vision model; may contain mistakes.
