Pièce autographe signée de Louis Jolliet, hydrographe du roi, chargé en 1672, par Frontenac, d'aller à la découverte de la grande rivière (Mississipi) avec le père Marquette. Mort en 1700. Il s'agit d'une demande auprès de M. Prat pour faire la chambre et la cheminée. Titre basé sur le contenu de la pièce. Le document est en français. La pièce porte les cotes 2G2426 et 40405.
