La pièce concerne un jugement rendu par James Abercrombie, major du 78e régiment, aide de camp du général Amherst, en 1759, mort à Boston en 1775. L'affaire oppose Dominique Dussault et un dénommé Campbell, soldat du 78e régiment. La pièce contient les raisons du jugement de Jacques Abercrombie et une note au notaire Fortier de Saint-Michel. Le document est en français.
