Levinsonwas elected a member of the Board of Trade of the City of Ottawa,on the third day of April 1945.The acceptance of this Certificate binds the holder to observe all such By-laws and Rules as are now or may hereafter be in force, and may be transferred on the books of the Board to any person duly qualified and eligible to membership on its surrender duly signed in writing, provided all assessments are paid and the By-laws and Rules of the Board fully observed.Dated at Ottawa, Canada this ninth day of April 1945.PresidentSecretaryC.
