- Series consists of transcripts of Records of Proceedings, evidence and witness statements for Kurt Meyer trial, for his sentence, for his years in prison and for his release in 1954. There are also records of proceedings, evidence and witness statements for the trials of Robert Holzer, Walter Weigel, Wilhelm Ossenbach, Friedrich Holborn, August Wiggers, Ernst Fisher, Franz Grothe, Johanne Henrich Peter Zensen, Wilhelm Jung, Johann Georg Schumacher and Johann Neitz for alleged war crimes against members of the Royal Canadian Air Force. In addition, there are reports of No. 1 Canadian War Crimes Investigation Unit on miscellaneous War Crimes against members of the Canadian Armed Forces in the European Theatre of Operations. Also includes supplementary reports of the No. 1 Canadian War Crimes Investigation Unit about the reshooting of Canadian prisoners of war by German Armed Forces in Mouen, in Bosq and near Fontenay-le-Pesnel in Normandy, France.
