- File consists of two copies of a broadside giving notice of a public meeting to be held on December 23, 1937 at the Swansea Council Chambers to nominate a reeve, deputy reeve, three councillors, three school trustees, and two public utilities commissioners. The broadside also explains what will happen if an election is required, including identifying polling subdivision boundaries and locations.
