File consists of exterior views of the completed Farmers Dairy stable and dairy buildings at Walmer Rd. and Bridgman Ave. File includes a single image taken during an early phase of construction in which Henry Pellatt's Casa Loma is clearly visible in the background. File also contains a photographed letter of recommendation from R.J. Hughes, General Manager of The Farmers's Dairy, and an illustrated promotional booklet titled "The New Home of The Farmers' Dairy" which highlights features of the new building and the stages of milk processing.
