The website of Concordia University Archives and Special Collections is down (for about 5 hours)
Its images and links won't load until it's back. Panarchive shows each image straight from the archive's own website, so when that site is down the picture can't be shown here. Nothing is lost: everything returns once the archive is back up, and we check every few minutes.

- Scope & content
- This edited footage from Black History Month 1988 features a range of musical and artistic performances by various artists and groups, including the West Can Folk Performing Company. The program blends singing, spoken word, storytelling, drumming, and other traditional instruments to create powerful expressions of African spirituality, displacement, diaspora, Black identity, and colonialization. The performances celebrate African and Caribbean cultural heritage and traditions, with special attention to Kwanzaa and its role in fostering community and cultural connection within the Black community.
