Dominion of CanadaPROVINCE OF ONTARIOCounty of CarletonIn the Matter ofthe Birth of FANNY ARONSON,To Wit:FANNY ARONSON,of the City of Ottawa, in theCounty of Carleton, Stenographer,Do Solemnly Declare, thatDeclared before me at the Cityin the Countyof CarletonFanny Aronson1.- I am the person referred to in an affidavit sworn to by my father,Max Aronson, in which the date of my birth is given as the sixteenth day of April,A.D. 1903.2.- I have made diligent search for a record of my birth, but that I have beenunable to find same.3.- I do not believe that any such record now exists anywhere, by reason of thefact that I was born in a small town in Russia, and I verily believe that anyrecords that were kept have long since been destroyed.AND I make this solemn Declaration conscientiously believing it to be true, and knowing that itis of the same force and effect as if made under oath and by virtue of the Canada Evidence Act.of Ottawa,this 25th day of JanuaryRead automatically; may contain mistakes.
