Ce plan de la Ville d'Outremont présente le tracé du réseau d'égouts. De nombreuses indications telles l'élévation, des pourcentages (probablement de dénivelation), les dimensions des tuyaus, le matériau et l'année de construction, la direction de l'écoulement, .... viennent compléter cette carte. Anglais. Le numéro O 5 2ième index est écrit à la main dans le coin inférieur droit, et sur une étiquette attachée au même coin.
