Ce plan topographique présente les égouts principaux permettant le drainage des différents secteurs de la ville vers la sortie située à la prison (au sud, sur les rives du fleuve Saint-Laurent, dans l'axe de l'avenue De Lorimier). Une légende spécifie les surfaces drainées. Le plan couvre le secteur situé entre Westmount et Saint-Henri à l'est, Outremont et Saint-Louis du Mile End au nord, et Hochelaga à l'est. Anglais. Le numéro M-15 est incrit dans le coin supérieur gauche et sur une étiquette fixée dans le même coin.
