A typed business letter on letterhead from The Phoenix Bridge & Iron Works, with offices at Wellington and Shannon Streets, dated at Montreal. The page is a scanned document with the letterhead in decorative black lettering across the top and the archive credit in the bottom corner.Described automatically by a vision model; may contain mistakes.

We do not know the gentleman who has been awarded the contract, it is the first time thatRead automatically; may contain mistakes.
