- Le document est un recueil de plans élaborés à des fins d'assurance-incendie. Il représente la ville de Montréal et ses différents secteurs situés à l'est, dont la ville de Saint-Michel. Les limites territoriales sont le boulevard Lacordaire, Pie-IX et la 24e avenue à l'est, l'avenue Papineau et la rue Iberville à l'ouest, l'avenue Charland au nord et la rue Hochelaga au sud. Le document comprend les planches 1100 à 1199-6 ainsi qu'un index des planches. Document reçu en mars 1999 de la cartothèque de l'UQAM qui les a acquis en 1997 d'un marchand de livres rares en Ontario à la suite d'une liquidation. Le document est en anglais.
