Scope & content

What the image shows
This is a black-and-white plan, apparently a copied map on aged paper, showing a waterfront site with a long curving shoreline labelled with the word "Fleuve" along its lower edge. Two rows of long narrow rectangles, arranged in parallel columns, fill the middle of the site, with a dense grid of smaller lots and streets on the left and a small legend box in the lower right. The image is a technical drawing rather than a photograph, with a hatched area marking part of the land on the left.Described automatically by a vision model; may contain mistakes.
