- Scope & content

- What the image shows
- A long, horizontal pictorial map on aged cream paper, showing a stylised historical view of an old walled town beside a river, with a fortification wall drawn along its edges. Small illustrated vignettes of buildings, churches, people in period dress, ships on the water and a compass rose are scattered across the map, and a decorative ornamental panel with lettering and a crest sits at the lower right. The printed title in a cartouche is too small to read reliably at this scale.Described automatically by a vision model; may contain mistakes.
