Il montre les principales routes et les chemins de fer existants. Les informations contenues dans le cartouche ont été supprimées lors de la copie. Titre basé sur le contenu du document. Selon les notes afférentes, ce plan aurait été préparé par la compagnie de téléphone Bell. En anglais. 1933-2 (ancienne cote) et 315.
