- Le recto de ce plan présente la ville de Montréal et ses environs, pour le secteur situé entre le fleuve Saint-Laurent au sud, Ville LaSalle à l'ouest, la rivière des Prairies au nord et le quartier Mercier dans l'est. Un encadré intitulé "downtown business section" montre un agrandissement de la section située entre le fleuve au sud, la rue Guy à l'ouest, la rue Sherbrooke au nord et la rue Saint-André à l'est. Le verso du document comporte un index des rues, des bâtiments et des lieux d'importance de la ville renvoyant au quadrillage existant sur le plan au recto. Un exemplaire papier recto-verso et un exemplaire entoilé. En anglais. 1931-4 (ancienne cote) et 310.
