Ce plan présente le secteur montagneux situé entre la rue Sherbrooke au sud, la Côte-Sainte-Catherine au nord, la rue Saint-Laurent à l'est et la Côte-Saint-Luc à l'ouest. On y expose plus particulièrement le boulevard projeté par la Montreal Boulevard Company sur les flancs du Mont-Royal. Le plan indique par ailleurs les subdivisions territoriales et les noms des propriétaires afférents pour le secteur couvert.
