- File consists of court documents regarding three Supreme Court of British Columbia court cases – Her Majesty the Queen against Samuel Kelly, Jody Sim, Andrea Schaal, and Kevin Kunzler; MacMillan Bloedel Ltd. v. Simpson; and Regina v. Betty Krawczyk. The file contains a report titled “Oral Reasons for Sentencing,” two Quicklaw reports, e-mail print-outs, and a report titled “Reasons for Judgment” for Krawczyk’s case.
