- File consists of numerous court documents in regards to Betty Krawczyk’s Supreme Court of British Columbia case against the State. File contains an “Appeal From Sentence,” “Oral Reasons for Sentence,” “Oral Reasons for Judgment,” Krawczyk’s “Summary and Indictment,” a “Statement,” and an “Appeal on Reasons for Sentence of Madam Justice Brown.” File also contains correspondence, computer print-outs of CanLII pages, and photocopies from the United States District Court Eastern District of New York sentencing on a trial between Cecil Simon and the United States of America.
