- Minutes of the Administrative Council, including official signed copies and copies kept by other members of the Council. The minutes deal with eligibility for fraternities and sororities, rules of fraternities and sororities, individual fraternities such as Kappa Alpha Theta, Kappa Tau Sigma, Delta Upsilon, Rho Theta Chi, Gamma Phi Beta, Alpha Kappa Kappa, Alpha Kappa Psi, Alpha Omega Alpha, student clubs. The names of students are found in the minutes.
