Ce plan porte sur le schéma électrique du quadrilatère ouest du parc La Fontaine, bordé par l'avenue Calixa-Lavallée, la rue Sherbrooke et l'avenue du Parc-La Fontaine. Il est composé d'un plan de masse du secteur et de plusieurs schémas unifilaires. Il s'agit d'une copie de la pièce P008. Cette copie fut jointe à un mémo de M. Paradis du 22 novembre 1972, comme l'indique une note rédigée à la main, à gauche du cartouche. Des lignes ont été tracées au crayon rouge et on indique, au bas du plan que cette portion du circuit électrique doit être éliminée du contrat. Le dessin portait le numéro 190157 dans la base de données du secteur des parcs de la Ville de Montréal et était initialement dans la section 0061-130.
