Une note donne des indications concernant la connexion à l’égout et sur la profondeur des tuyaux de distribution. Une vue de détail sur le tuyau peu profond de distribution d'eau se trouve dans le coin inférieur gauche. Sous le cartouche, une note manuscrite indique « Plan no. 2 » Le dessin portait le numéro 186586 dans la base de données du secteur des parcs de la Ville de Montréal et était initialement dans la section 0061-110.
